This cake was for a friend of my father in law's. They came to our reception and loved our cake so we did one for their daughter the same design, just different colors.
The bottom tier is carrot cake with a cream cheese frosting filling. The middle tier is chocolate cake with chocolate icing filling. The top tier is German Chocolate cake with coconut pecan icing filling. All three tiers are covered with fondatn. The circles are cut out of fondant and the ball around the base are fondant.
