This is probably my favorite birthday cake i've done yet. It was made for my brother in law's nephew who passed away. I think it's great they still celebrate. That would be so hard to loose a child, so my heart went into this cake. He loved Rubber Duckies!

The slats that make the barrel are cookies, the water is cream cheese frosting.
The ribbon around the barrel is the only non edible item.
The sign is made out of gum paste. The blue flowers and the white bubbles are made of royal icing.
The rubber duckies are anything but rubber. They are made out of chocolate. cute little things!

Thanks for making this awesome cake for us! You are so talented. It was a great way to celebrate our little guys life and his love for rubber ducks! We didn't want to cut it, but gave in, and it was so delicious. The chocolate ducks were great too! Thanks so much for spending the time to make this for us! It was a great suprise!
