My baby sister got married!!! They had a theme of stars for their wedding. The color was blue...all shades of blue with silver accents. Scott and I decided it would be fun to keep the design of the cake a surprise. Jeff and Britt didn't get to see their cake until right before the reception. They loved it! It was fun that they trusted our opinion enough to not even see it before hand. Thanks for the fun guys and congrats! The bottom tier is carrot cake with cream cheese frosting filling. The second tier is german chocolate cake with coconut pecan icing filling. The three stars in the middle are styrofoam. The top tier is lemon cake with lemon pie filling.
Each of the three stars had something different written on it. The front of the cake the star read "Brittany and Jeffrey"
The other two read "Always and Forever" and "Manti Temple 07-11-09
We had a lot of fun making this cake for Brittany and Jeffrey. This has been the most challenging cake we have done because of the upright stars, but it turned out amazing.

Wow, Brittany and Jeffrey's wedding cake was uniquely designed. I am totally impressed with these photos and the cake design is exactly how I would like to include in my wedding reception. At the moment I need some help with one of the wedding venues as well. Can you suggest some suitable locations in LA?
