Mini Cup Cakes

We had a request for 250 mini cupcakes for a wedding reception. The couple had a large reception in New Mexico, their home, but the brides parents were putting together a little reception for them here. They wanted something fun, how about mini cupcakes!!! they were all White cake with cream cheese frosting. The cupcake wrappers are custom made.

Happy Birthday Shawn

Shawn requested a Football, Basketball and Trumpet cake for his birthday...this is the design we came up with. I was hoping to get some goal posts up on the end of the football field, but they kept breaking so we called it quits. But otherwise it turned out good! All carrot cake with cream cheese frosting filling.

Princess Castle Cake for a little girl who LOVES Cinderella. Bottom cake is strawberry and the top is chocolate covered with fondant.
