Mini Cup Cakes

We had a request for 250 mini cupcakes for a wedding reception. The couple had a large reception in New Mexico, their home, but the brides parents were putting together a little reception for them here. They wanted something fun, how about mini cupcakes!!! they were all White cake with cream cheese frosting. The cupcake wrappers are custom made.

Happy Birthday Shawn

Shawn requested a Football, Basketball and Trumpet cake for his birthday...this is the design we came up with. I was hoping to get some goal posts up on the end of the football field, but they kept breaking so we called it quits. But otherwise it turned out good! All carrot cake with cream cheese frosting filling.

Princess Castle

Princess Castle Cake for a little girl who LOVES Cinderella. Bottom cake is strawberry and the top is chocolate covered with fondant.

I decided to make a cake for my mom for mothers day. this is a coconut cake wrapped in white chocolate. it was quite delicious!

Tea Pot

This cake was for a 70th birthday party! It's all vanilla cake with vanilla pudding filling covered with fondant.

Macall and Matthew's Wedding Cake

This was for Matt and Macall's wedding. She wanted a tall skinny cake. It turned out very elegant and beautiful. The bottom tier is styrofoam covered with fondant. The middle tier is chocolate cake with oreo filling and the top tier is funfetti cake with cream cheese frosting filling.
The broach matches one she had on her bouquet of flowers.
One final word of advise for all you brides out there...when choosing a spot for the cake, watch out for heat vents. They aren't very nice to cakes.
